A customer or prospective customer may provide their mobile number and affirmatively agree to receive texts while speaking with Echo Wildlife, requesting service, or completing an approved consent form.

An employee or authorized contractor may provide their number and agree verbally or in writing during onboarding or account setup.

Echo Wildlife records the consent before enabling recurring messages. Simply providing a phone number without agreement does not enroll someone in recurring SMS.

Consent disclosure

Messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, estimates, service and installation updates, follow-ups, customer-care conversations, daily and weekly team schedules, assignments, and occasional connection tests.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
