SMS Terms & Conditions
Effective September 14, 2026
These terms govern text messages sent by Echo Wildlife LLC to customers, prospective customers, employees, and authorized contractors who enroll in the Echo Wildlife messaging program.
Program description
Messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, estimates, service and installation updates, follow-ups, customer-care conversations, daily and weekly team schedules, assignments, and occasional connection tests.
Consent and enrollment
You may enroll by texting WILDLIFE to (854) 226-3246 or by providing your mobile number directly to Echo Wildlife and affirmatively agreeing verbally or in writing to receive recurring messages. Team members may also enroll during onboarding or protected CRM account setup. Simply providing a phone number without agreement does not enroll someone in recurring SMS. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Customer frequency depends on the inquiry and service activity. Team members typically receive one daily schedule message Monday through Friday and one weekly schedule message on Monday, with additional operational or test messages possible when needed.
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s terms and charges govern your mobile service.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any Echo Wildlife text to cancel. After you opt out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact the Echo Wildlife administrator who enrolled you. To resume messages after opting out, ask an authorized administrator to re-enable your enrollment and provide any required renewed consent.
Eligibility and responsibility
You must be authorized to use the mobile number you provide. Keep your number current and notify an Echo Wildlife administrator if it changes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and carrier support.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal and mobile information is described in the Echo Wildlife Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms or discontinue the program. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date or communicated through an appropriate business channel.
